Daniel F. Dunn is Broker-In-Charge of Orion Properties. Orion Properties lists, sells and assists in leasing office buildings, commercial and industrial properties, acreage, retail properties and development properties in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. A lifetime resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, he is a 1973 graduate of Limestone College. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1975.

Dan has been directly involved in the acquisition, management, construction, rehabilitation, syndication and/or conversion of more than 3,000 apartment and single-family units. He also has been involved in developing numerous commercial projects, office properties and warehousing facilities.

Dan is past chairman of the City of Spartanburg Planning Commission and is a past board member and past chairman of the Executive Committee of the Small Business Council of the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dunn served as vice chairman of the Spartanburg County Planning Commission for 10 years.

He is a member of the Limestone College Board of Trustees and a member of the Board of Directors of Lexington Textile and Warehouse Corporation. He is past chairman of the board of the Spartanburg YMCA and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Dan was an elected delegate to the 1986 White House Conference on Small Business. He attends First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg, where he serves as a deacon.
